Student of the Week: Maddie Rubio!

This week we are recognizing Maddie Rubio as our student of the week! Maddie has been dancing with ADC in the ART Company for three years. This year she is in the ART senior company! Maddie is able to work hard in class while still having fun. She commits herself to each style of dancing and is a wonderful performer. Maddie is encouraging to her other classmates and is able to work with them as a team.  Congratulations Maddie!

What school do you go to?

Roswell High School

When did you start dancing?

When I was 2, in jazz class.

What is your favorite style of dance?

Contemporary because it is expressive.

What is the most difficult thing about dance?

Working hard to incorporate your ballet technique into everything you do.
Why do you love dance?
I love the people I am surrounded with and it is fun.

What do you do outside of dance?
I am the freshman class president at RHS.
