Atlanta Dance Central's performance company, Atlanta Rising Talent, will be kicking off their 2013-2014 performance season at the Roswell Arts Festival this weekend! The Roswell Arts Festival will be celebrating it's 47th year and the festival is held on the Roswell square. The ART Company is excited to share their passion for dance with the community at this event!
Our Mini, Junior, Teen, and Senior companies are performing dances from last season, as well as debuting new choreography they learned during camp this summer. They will be performing a variety of styles including jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and even a sneak peek of the ballet they have been working on: Swan Lake! All of the students have been working hard in choreography camp and in class to grow as artists and performers, and can't wait to share what they have been working on with their Roswell family and friends! Atlanta Rising Talent will be performing at 2 p.m.
Up next: You can also find the ART Company in October at the Roswell Youth Day Parade on Saturday, October 12. The theme this year is “Hats off to Roswell.” Both the Arts Festival, and the Youth Day Parade are fun, free events for the entire family to enjoy. We can't wait to see you there!
