We certainly keep ourselves and our students busy at Atlanta Dance Central. The next two weekends will be full of events for students of all ages and abilities to attend and participate in! Both of these events are open to the public and not just to our current dancers!
First up is Frankenstein's Frolic! Frankenstein's Frolic is a haunted carnival and dance performance held at ADC on Sunday, October 26 from 12:30 – 4 p.m. Atlanta Dance Central will transform into a spooky and quirky carnival. The front lobby will be filled with carnival games, crafts, and even face painting. The 30 minute dance performance features silly monsters, flying ravens, devilish jazz dancers, and showgirls with spiders on their heads! Our favorite thing about Frankenstein's Frolic is that it students of ADC, the Foster-Schmidt Dance Company, and professional dancers from SIDEWAYS Contemporary Dance Company put on an amazingly entertaining show. All of the carnival games are free, and students of ADC get into the dance performance absolutely free! They have already received a free ticket in class.
Next, on November 1 & 2, Atlanta Dance Central is hosting our third annual ARTistry Convention. The ARTistry Convention is open to all intermediate and advanced dancers ages 10 and up. We're looking forward to learning from teachers from different aspects of the industry. Classes include ballet, contemporary, musical theater jazz, acting, hip hop, tap, and more! Students can register per class, per day, or for the entire convention!
Whether you are looking for a fun dance show to get you in the Halloween spirit, or to boost your dance career with dance classes all weekend, Atlanta Dance Central has something for you to enjoy!
