By now, you know the ADC philosophy— everyone is a dancer. We believe that dance inherently belongs to every person, no matter their age, needs, and experience. Our mission is to help our students build confidence and give them the technical tools to comfortably express themselves through movement. ADC dancers have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, find mentors, and build lasting friendships and support systems. We’re proud of what we offer, and we believe in the studio’s ability to shape lives in a meaningful way.

It’s been a long-term goal for ADC to be able to support a scholarship fund, allowing us to bring in dancers who would otherwise not be able to pay for classes. Additionally, this fund would ensure that any current students whose families face unexpected financial hardship could continue their dance education uninterrupted. Already ADC offers $5,000 a year in need-based scholarships, but we want that number to be a lot higher.

So, how can you help us achieve our dream? First, you can continue to support ADC through class registration and recommending the studio to others! As we grow, we are able to offer more opportunities to current and future students. Second, you can join us at the studio for our Scholarship Socials. There are three on the calendar through the end of 2022, September 16, October 21, and December 2. We're working together with the students to make these evenings for parents creative and fun. Finally, you can consider donating directly to the scholarship fund, helping us meet the cost of shoes, dancewear, and tuition for students who need it. Any amount is appreciated and gets us closer to our goal. Together we can give the gift of dance.

For information on receiving scholarship funding, reach out to Ms. Eli at eli@atlantadancecentral.com.
