Atlanta Dance Central would like recognize the Foster-Schmidt Progressive Dance For Teens class as they will be performing this Sunday, October 7 at the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta Buddy Walk. The walk will be on October 7 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta. You can join in the walk by registering at http://www.atlantadsaa.org/, or just come to see dancers from the Dance Academy perform. Proceeds from the walk benefit the DSAA, which has activities to address a variety of needs, from
information and support for expectant parents to activities for adults.
This will be the third year that Foster-Schmidt dancers have performed at the walk, and this year they are performing “Pretty Girl Rock” from Atlanta Dance Central's May 2012 recital! We are extremely proud of the hard work that the students put into their dancing, and love watching them share their passion for dance with others. They will perform next in SIDEWAYS Contemporary Dance Company's Halloween themed carnival and performances, “Frankenstein's Frolic,” on Sunday, October 28 at Atlanta Dance Central.
We hope you enjoy all of the upcoming performances by the dancers, and wish them the best of luck!
