Dance is More Fun with Friends!

/ by admin / Leave a Comment

Fall in love with dance (1)We are a couple weeks into the dance season and have been focusing on getting to know each other in all of our classes.  Students and teachers are learning each other's names, and as part of the beginning of class we've been getting to know fun facts about each other.  Friendships are forming among the students, and it always makes us happy as teachers to see those bonds strengthen throughout the year.  Dance class is more fun when friends are there to encourage and make memories with each other.

Next week, September 28 – October 3 is “Bring A Friend” week at Atlanta Dance Central.  Students can bring any student their age to try class  at ADC absolutely free!  Friends should come in to class at the scheduled time and fill out a  participation permission slip that can be found at the front desk.  We understand that not all of our friends are familiar with dance class, and that is ok!  Friends can wear any clothing that they feel comfortable moving around in, and can wear socks or go barefoot in class.

Bring a friend week is a great time to encourage friends who have been interested in trying class but haven't had the opportunity to come dance with us.  No registration is required, so friends have nothing to lose.  Dancing helps build strong and happy friendships. We look forward to seeing your friends in dance class next week.
