What's better than hanging out on Canton Street in Roswell during the fall? Hanging out on Canton street and spotting dancers from ADC! Atlanta Dance Central is taking over Canton Street this October and we'd love to see our favorite fans supporting our appearances.
First up, we're joining the rest of Roswell to celebrate the annual Youth Day Parade on Saturday, October 10 at 10 a.m. The parade route goes from First Baptist Church on Mimosa and then heads straight down Canton street ending in Roswell Area Park. Get their early to pick the perfect spot on the sidewalk so you can spot us movin' and groovin' through Historic Roswell. We'll be throwing candy and passing out treats, of course!
Next, we'll be performing during the last Alive After 5 of the season on Thursday, October 15 from 6:30 – 8 p.m. The Atlanta Rising Talent company will be performing hip hop and contemporary dances at 7 p.m. At 7:45, members of the Foster-Schmidt Dance Company and SIDEWAYS Contemporary Dance Company will be performing a preview for Frankenstein's Frolic Halloween Party! You can find us in front of 1149 Canton Street, close to the intersection of Canton St. and Woodstock Rd. We'd love to see you in the audience for one or both of these exciting performances.
