‘Tis the season to spread happiness and cheer! Members of Atlanta Rising Talent will be performing this weekend at Mountain Park Elementary School's Holiday Extravaganza. Atlanta Rising Talent is Atlanta Dance Central's performance company. Earlier this year they performed and danced their way through Roswell in the Youth Day Parade, and performed on Canton Street during Alive After 5. Many Atlanta Rising Talent members performed just a couple of weeks ago in SIDEWAYS Contemporary Dance Company's “Once Upon A Holiday.”
The ART Company loves spreading their joy and passion around the community, and this month they will be touring a collection of holiday dances. These holiday dances have become an ART Company tradition, with members even battling it out over who will perform the coveted “All I Want for Christmas is You!” The first stop on their mini tour is Mountain Park Elementary. The Micro Minis will be debuting their jazz dance, which is too cute to miss. This will be their first performance of the season. Next, company members will perform at retirement homes throughout the area.
Mountain Park Elementary's Holiday Extravaganza is Saturday, December 6 and the ART Company will be performing at 1 p.m.
